Linen package consists of fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and two towels.

The beds are made upon arrival. For stays of several weeks you have the option to book additional linen packages, but you must change the linen yourself.

As a courtesy, there are hammam towels available for guests to use at the pool. You must wash and dry these yourself, before departure. If you didn't manage to clean and dry the hammam towels yourself before leaving we will clean them for you, we will settle the costs with the deposit.

Prices include electricity, water and WiFi.

Cancellation conditions

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts invoice, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

• cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price.
• cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price cancellation
• less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
