Prices include, Electricity, water and Wifi, During the winter months of November, December, January and February, electricity is charged at € 0.35 ct per Kwh.

Linen package

The linen package consists of a fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and two towels. The beds are made upon arrival. For stays of several weeks you have the option to book extra linen packages, but you must change the bed linen yourself, or you can use the services of our manager and the beds will be made for you.
As a service we have hammam towels for guests to use at the pool, you must wash and dry these yourself when using them and before departure.
If you have not been able to wash and dry them before departure, we will wash and dry them for you and the costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation conditions;

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Contract
When you make a booking with us, you will receive a rental contract, which you must sign and email back. We also need a copy of the ID of all travelers.
We reserve the villa for the desired booking period for 7 days, so that you have time to read and sign the contract and arrange the deposit.
The booking is only a fact when the deposit has been received and the signed rental contract has been received.
